What is included in a senior portrait session with Claudine Kosier Photography?

Every session includes a pre-session planning consultation, fully guided posing and styling throughout the shoot, and an in-person image reveal appointment at our Dublin, Ohio studio approximately one week after your session. At the reveal you'll choose your favorites and select products including wall art, albums, prints, and digital files.

Do you offer wall art and albums?

Yes. Most clients choose a combination of wall art, albums, and loose prints. Every purchased image also includes the matching digital file so you get heirloom pieces for your home and shareable digital images. We offer a full product line at your in-person ordering session.

Where are senior portrait sessions located?

Sessions take place on location throughout Columbus and Central Ohio including Dublin, Powell, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Westerville, and Worthington. Claudine scouts and selects locations that match your senior's personality and style.

When should I book my senior portraits?

Summer is the most popular time and books early. Most seniors get on the calendar as early as January for summer sessions. Limited spots are available for fall. Contact us to check current availability.

Do you photograph senior guys as well as senior girls?

Absolutely. Claudine Kosier Photography specializes in senior portraits for both guys and girls. Senior guys sessions are relaxed, bold, and editorial — no stiff posing, just real personality captured with style.

Urban Senior Shoot with Matthew at Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio

Talk about working on the fly! I had Matthew's session schedule for March which as we all know in Ohio, the weather is anyone's guess. About 2 weeks prior to his shoot we just happened to have a relatively decent day on the grid and I just happened to have that date open. I emailed his mom and asked although super last minute, what were the chances they could make this work.

They jumped! We did a mad scramble to coordinate outfits and as a matter of fact, they brought a ton of stuff that we went thru just prior to his session to perfect his looks. It all worked out perfectly! The day ended up being great, the location was perfect for what he was looking for and his outfits were styled and were the perfect fit for him and the location. Although working really quick, we had a blast. I've worked with Kim and her family for years and absolutely adore ALL of her kids! Matthew was no different and we had a ton of laughs and ended the day a little chilled to the bone, but we got it done! I designed an incredible album for him and his Metal Wall Print will work perfectly with his other sibling shoots over the last few years.

Tell me about your Senior Session Day! What was the best part?
I really enjoyed the location that Claudine picked out for my shoot. The location worked out perfectly for the outfits we chose. The best part of the shoot was going outside of my comfort zone and rocking it.
I know most guys are less than excited about a photo shoot? How were you feeling going into this? How did you feel after? Was it better than you thought?
I wasn’t comfortable going into the photo shoot, but Claudine made me feel comfortable and it turned out better than I thought it would.
What was most important for you to get out of your shoot?
To make sure that I looked my best.
Tell me about your style! What inspired your outfit selections?
I typically wear more athletic, casual clothes so I had my brother help me out.
What was your all time favorite photo?
It’s a tough choice, but I would have to say one of the pictures taken in the middle of the street. It was a lot of fun trying to capture the shot too!
Would your parent like to add any comments about your session day?
Claudine is amazing! She is crazy talented and is so easy to work with. She makes the kids feel super comfortable in front of the camera and works hard to make them feel like a super star. She definitely makes their session a memorable event! The final product is second to none. I’m so thankful that I have her images for 3 of my seniors that will last a lifetime. Highly recommended!
What drew you to Claudine Kosier Photography?
My older brother and sister both had their senior pictures taken by Claudine and my mom loved the way they turned out. Of course I had to follow their lead.
Have you picked a college yet? Where are you headed?
I’m attending The Ohio State University.
