What is included in a senior portrait session with Claudine Kosier Photography?

Every session includes a pre-session planning consultation, fully guided posing and styling throughout the shoot, and an in-person image reveal appointment at our Dublin, Ohio studio approximately one week after your session. At the reveal you'll choose your favorites and select products including wall art, albums, prints, and digital files.

Do you offer wall art and albums?

Yes. Most clients choose a combination of wall art, albums, and loose prints. Every purchased image also includes the matching digital file so you get heirloom pieces for your home and shareable digital images. We offer a full product line at your in-person ordering session.

Where are senior portrait sessions located?

Sessions take place on location throughout Columbus and Central Ohio including Dublin, Powell, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Westerville, and Worthington. Claudine scouts and selects locations that match your senior's personality and style.

When should I book my senior portraits?

Summer is the most popular time and books early. Most seniors get on the calendar as early as January for summer sessions. Limited spots are available for fall. Contact us to check current availability.

Do you photograph senior guys as well as senior girls?

Absolutely. Claudine Kosier Photography specializes in senior portraits for both guys and girls. Senior guys sessions are relaxed, bold, and editorial — no stiff posing, just real personality captured with style.

Gorgeous Fall Shoot at Highbanks Metro Park with Ally

Fall is here, and what an amazing display of color we had this year! My favorite time of year for sessions at Highbanks Metro Park and I knew my senior Ally would LOVE IT!

This park is hands down my favorite location (anytime really, but Fall is magical!) Complete with vibrant foliage and dramatic landscapes. Ally's styles were adorable and I'm thrilled that she was up for trying a hat! Of course, like every girl she said she wasn't sure if she was a hat girl. So I brought her a selection to try and these ended up being some of her favorite photos. She had a great variety that all flattered her, were a great compliment to her natural beauty and paired with the location that captured the essence of the season.

She started her day with Tatum (Makeup by Tatum) for hair and makeup which she absolutely loved. (Incase I haven't said it 1000x, Tatum rocks! ) She gave her an age appropriate, natural look that enhanced her features. It is so important to me that we don't change what you look like, but instead make your features pop in your photos!

We scheduled our session during the golden hour, bathing the park in warm, soft light. We explored trails, gorgeous bridges and ravines and of course, no session is complete with out the creek shots!

What an absolutely super fun day we all had capturing such an amazing time for her! Ally, you were a ton of fun and I hope you have such a great senior year!! You were an absolute dream to photograph! xoxo

Tell me about your Senior Session Day! What was the best part?
Starting out by Tatum having done my makeup, she was so nice and did an amazing job. Claudine made my session so much much fun and it was full of excitement. She picked an amazing location and I loved the poses.
What was your biggest fear for your session? Do you feel differently now that the session is done?
I think I was most worried about my poses being unnatural. Now that I've had my session, I feel differently and I ended up loving the poses none of them were unnatural at all and I am really pleased with how everything turned out.
Did you feel comfortable and confident during your session? What do you think attributed to that the most?
Claudine was really reassuring throughout the whole session. She even showed me how to wear a hat the proper way for pictures and they even turned out to be my favorites.
What kind of look were you going for in your Session?
Beautiful pictures in a natural setting.
What made you choose CKP for your Senior Session?
My older sister had amazing photos taken by Claudine.

What is the best advice you've ever received?
Always put forth your best efforts and at the end of the day if it wasn't enough, at least you know you did the best you could.
Would your parent like to add any comments about your session day?
Ally's senior shoot was everything I could've hoped for and more. Her pictures are simply breathtaking!
