What a gorgeous session with Maddy! She was such a trooper working mid afternoon in the summer but her images were gorgeous and all worked out seemlessly. We worked at Corazon, a beautiful location in Dublin and getting swim images was super important to her and this location works great for us to avoid alot of crowds. The grounds are always beautiful and the textures we get to work with along with the outfits she chose all flowed together. 

Maddy loved getting her hair and makeup done and it took alot of stress out of their day. In the end, her and her mom having a special day before she heads off to college is most important. So I love helping piece together all the aspects that go into a special shoot and day for her.

• Tell me about your Senior Session Day! What was the best part?
  The best part about my senior session day was definitely getting my make up and hair done. I loved being able to get all dolled up and ready for some awesome pictures. I also loved seeing how my make up, hair and outfits all correlated with each other and it made me feel so confident and good inside!
• What was your biggest fear for your session? Do you feel differently now that the session is done?
  My biggest fear was definitely making sure my outfits all photographed well, which they all did :-). I definitely love how all my outfits photographed and feel so confident and love looking at each and everyone of them!
• What kind of look were you going for in your Session?
  I was going for more of an urban and greenery session because I feel like it best describes my personality.
• How was your overall Senior Portrait Experience?
  My overall Senior Portrait Experience was out of this world. It was definitely not what I expected it to be, in a good way!
• What was the best part or most memorable about your session?
  I loved being able to change into each different outfit and feel a whole new wave of excitement and confidence as I was about to photograph my next outfit!
• Do you have any tips or advice for other seniors for their Senior Portrait Session?
  definitely the hardest part is finding your outfits. If you can find your outfits you’re solid and everything else is easy. Also make sure to enjoy the session because the more you enjoy it, personally, I think the pictures turned out so much better!
• Would your parent like to add any comments about your session day?
  I will be completely honest I was really stressed out (pre-picture day). I was stressed about hoping everything would go as planned and trying to help my senior find the “perfect” outfits. With Claudine’s expertise during our senior picture planning call, she made me feel more at ease. Even leading up to picture day, she was great about communicating with us when we wanted her opinions about outfits that we were considering. The actual day of Maddy’s senior portrait session could not have gone more smoothly. Claudine had the schedule planned out for us with hair and make-up appointments. She was very organized and once I was there I wasn’t stressed or worried at all...everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience!! • What, if any, activities / sports are you involved with at school?
  I am involved in National Honors Society, Diversity club, Interact club, Class Cabinet, Youth Group, my church’s Youth Leadership Board, my school’s Leadership Retreat Planning Committee, and my school’s Girls Swim Team!

  I love reading, hanging out with friends and family, and traveling!!
