What an epic day this turned out to be. I recently had the amazing opportunity to photograph a truly remarkable senior, creating a day full of special memories for her!

Right from the start and as soon as I saw her final outfits, it was evident that her style was classic and she would shine in every image! The park was in full bloom, lighting was perfect and we could not have asked for better weather. Lydia effortlessly nailed every pose, laughing freely and authentically, resulting in photos that truly reflected her her! We were even able to work in her adorable pup, Bailey, who also was the perfect model!

The location was the perfect fit for her style. We had fun trying new poses, new spots in the park but it was also an important day for her mom to share with her, which always ends up being one of my favorite things for them.

Photographing seniors is a unique experience because it freezes countless moments before they are ready to start their next chapter. They are so excited about life and I love that energy!

We finished our day with a collection of images that beautifully captured her, this special time and a girls day out with her mom! 🌅📸

Tell me about your Senior Session Day! What was the best part?
It was such a fun day! I loved getting pictures with my dog! It went so smoothly and my favorite part was during the photo session and just being able to do fun poses and smile.

What was your biggest fear for your session? Do you feel differently now that the session is done?
My biggest fear and worry for my session was my outfits and if they would photograph well. After my session I was so pleased with how my outfits shot and so happy with my choices.

Did you feel comfortable and confident during your session? What do you think attributed to that the most?
I felt very comfortable and loved every minute of it. It was so fun to have my makeup and hair done. Also just being able to smile and have fun in my outfits and location.

What kind of look were you going for in your Session?
I was going for lots of flowers and color and Innis Woods was the best location for delivering that look.
